Our Mission

Trax CRM is a veteran-owned business headquartered in Texas. We strive to offer a highly functional resource for managing your business while offering a unique user experience unlike other products. We focus on ensuring the incorporation of new features won't result in functionality issues in other areas of our web application. We can appreciate the fact that rolling out new features without a strong quality control process in place can often be detrimental to the overall user experience when it results in system performance issues, bugs, and syncing issues, among other problems that may arise.

While there are upsides of incorporating the latest and greatest in technology, we place our top priority on ensuring the features that we roll out to our user base are highly reliable and ready for use in a production environment. You should have confidence that the service you invest financial resources into is going to function in the manner you desire it to and when you need it to most.

Veterans for Veterans

As a veteran-owned business, we appreciate the sacrifice made by those who have served, or who are currently serving our great nation. Our Veterans for Veterans initiative is our way of expressing our support for other veteran-owned businesses.

If you are a business owner that served in our nation's military in any capacity, for any length of time, and received an "Honorable" or "General, Under Honorable Conditions" discharge, we would like to extend a 15% discount off your Company's monthly subscription costs. Verification of military service and discharge status will be required prior to receiving any discount offered₁ by Trax CRM.

Do not email verification of military service to any Trax CRM email address for any reason. Trax CRM will NEVER contact you requesting that you do so. This poses a great security risk and an increased likelihood of having your sensitive personally identifiable information (SPII) exposed. You may contact us to inquire about the potential discount and we will provide specific instructions on how the verification process can be completed both quickly and securely.

Usage of the Company's web application does not obligate the Company to inherently provide discounted offers or promotional pricing to a Subscribing User ("User"), its employees, agents, representatives, and/or third-party affiliates in any manner whatsoever. Discount offers and promotional pricing will be applied, modified, revoked, refused or otherwise terminated at the sole discretion of the Company's employee(s), agent(s), and/or representative(s) on a case-by-case basis and in itself does not constitute a binding legal agreement or obligation between the parties thereof.
